Abstract

POLAND syndrome is an agenesis or hypoplasia of the pectoral muscle. It is a rare syndrome, mainly affects the men,the right side is the common site. For young girls, the aesthetic aspect very important and surgical correction can be made by muscle flap or by prosthesis to repair it.
