Financement de l'enseignement supérieur malien
Résumé
La problématique du financement de l'enseignement supérieur malien est au centre de tous les débats sur cet ordre d'enseignement depuis plusieurs années. L'enseignement supérieur malien, dont les besoins s'intensifient depuis une dizaine d'année, n'arrive plus à être financé par l'Etat de manière convenable. En effet, les problèmes d'infrastructures, de documentation, de grèves d'enseignants et d'étudiants, de pléthore d'effectifs, etc., sont à mettre au compte d'une insuffisance de financement et/ou de mauvaise gestion. Malgré les aides financières qui doivent servir à compléter la part de l'Etat, l'enseignement supérieur malien souffre d'une insuffisance de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour son bon fonctionnement.
The problematic of the financing of the malian higher education is in the center of all proceedings on this order of teaching since several years. The malian higher education, whose needs intensify since about ten years, don't manage anymore to be financed by the state in an appropriate manner. Indeed, the problems of infrastructures, of documentation, of strikes of teachers and students, of plethora of strengths, etc., are to put on account of an insufficiency of financing and/or bad management. In spite of the financial helps that must serve to complete the part of the state, the malian higher education endures an insufficiency of everything that is necessary for her good working.
