Abstract

The coronary disease remains a cause of very frequent mortality. Correction of the factors of risk at tiny room considerably mortality related to this pathology. The objectives of our study were to study the cardiovascular events hospital in 6 months and 1 year after a myocardial infarction, to analyze the ordinance of exit and the treatments followed by the patients (therapeutic observance), to check the correction of the cardiovascular factors of risk and to test the level of information of the patients with respect to their disease. The retrospective study included 75 patients hospitalized with the CHU of Angers of the 1st / 01/03 to the 1st/ 04/ 03 all having presented an acute coronary syndrome with one known shift of the segment ST and a rise in the CPK and troponine. The collection of the clinical and paraclinic data was made with the hospital phase. Followed at 6 months and to 1 year was done by phone call of the patients and doctors implied in the assumption of responsibility. Few cardiovascular events were observed. The HTA and the diabetes were corrected among patients but 25% continued to smoke. More half of the patients were under plate IEC, Beta-blocking, Statines and Anti-incorporating with increase in the rate of regulation of the IEC, Beta- blocking and Statines in 6 months and 1 year, but lowers rate of regulation of Anti-incorporating. As for therapeutic education it was satisfactory in only half of the cases
