Introduction: The mortality of children under five in low-income countries remains a public health problem. The objective was to study the impact of interventions coverage level of current MNCH & N from 2006 to 2018.on the mortality of children under five. Materials and Methods: We used the Lives Saved Tool (LiST) to conduct a retrospective modeling of interventions on under-5 mortality from 2006 to 2018. Results: Our results showed that, from 2006 to 2018, the greatest reduction was observed in infant and child mortality with a reduction rate of 55% and the number of lives saved was 336,732 lives saved linked to the promotion of exclusive breastfeeding were the first to save the most lives among newborns, 19152 lives saved. The possession of households with an insecticide-treated bed net contributed to saving the most lives among children under less than 5 years, 52758 lives saved. Conclusion: The evaluation revealed that the coverage levels of the impact of the achievement of coverage targets of current MNCH & N from 2006 to 2018 have reduced the mortality rates but the target 4 of the Millennium Development Goals has not been achieved.
