La crise d'enseignants à l'Université de Bamako (Mali)

Résumé

La question de l'enseignement supérieur malien préoccupe les décideurs politiques et les administrateurs de l'éducation depuis plusieurs années. Depuis l'avènement de l'Université du Mali en 1996 certaines crises ont fait leur apparition au niveau de l'enseignement supérieur et ce sont accentuées au fil des années notamment l'insuffisance
d'infrastructures, la crise d'enseignants, la pléthore d'effectifs, le financement, etc. L'immensité des besoins rend imperceptible les efforts consentis par l'Etat, et les décisions politiques ne sont pas toujours adaptées aux besoins de l'Université. L'insuffisance d'enseignants que l'Université connait depuis plusieurs années ne cesse de d'intensifier à
mesure que le nombre d'étudiants augmente.

The question of the malian higher education preoccupies the political decision-makers and the administrators of the education since several years. Since the advent of the university of Mali in 1996 some crises made their apparition to the level of the higher education and
these are accentuated with the passing of the years notably the insufficiency of infrastructures, the crisis of teachers, the plethora of strengths, financing, and so on. The immensity of the needs makes imperceptible the efforts agreed by the state, and the political decisions are not always adapted to the needs of the university. The insufficiency of teachers that the university doesn't know since several years quits to intensify as the number of students increases.
